Transforming Communications for Top-Line Growth in 2010

As Albert Einstein once said: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” Why should you or any other company prove this to be true by undertaking the wrong strategic approaches to aligning management tools to upcoming infrastructure investments?

In light of that thought, I'm very excited to publish my newest benchmark report in Telecom Lifecycle Management:  Recovering with Telecom Lifecycle Management: Transforming Communications for Top-Line Growth in 2010.

This report puts together my vision for telecom lifecycle management in context of the top strategic communications concerns that enterprise end users have been discussing with me, including cloud computing, virtualization, and unified communications. By providing this report to the public, I want to provide the information that companies need to support and deploy key technologies without becoming overwhelmed.

Both as a practitioner and an analyst, I've always believed that the union of processes, people, technologies, and business alignment were necessary to gain true business value from any infrastructure investment. By showing how companies have gotten ahead, I hope this report keeps a few companies from repeating the mistakes of their predecessors and prepares them for the wild future of communications that awaits all of us.
